Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy from Aya's Picks. If something isn't right, get in touch through our contact page within 30 days of delivery and we'll tell you how to proceed.

Tell us what went wrong and send a photo where it helps. We'll take it from there.

You don't need to send anything back

Once we've approved your refund, you keep the item. We won't ask you to post it back — for most of what we sell, return shipping would cost more than the product does.

Do contact us first, though. We can't refund an order we haven't heard about.

Refunds

Once we've approved your refund, it goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few days more to appear on your statement.

If you paid for shipping and the fault was ours, we refund that too.

Items we can't refund

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't refund the following once they've been opened or used — unless they arrived damaged, defective, or weren't what you ordered:

  • Ear and eye cleaning products once opened
  • Grooming liquids and any other opened consumable
  • Any item with a broken hygiene seal

Gift cards and items marked final sale can't be refunded.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging.

We'll replace it or refund you in full. You keep the original.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled any time before they're dispatched — contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, the process above applies.

Delivery times

Orders ship from our supplier and typically arrive in about 9 days. That is the supplier's own estimate. If your order is materially later than that, contact us.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable consumer protection law. Where this policy and the law differ, the law applies.
