The offer

Free shipping on orders over $45 within Canada and to the United States. Below $45, calculated rates apply at checkout based on weight and destination.

How long it takes

Orders ship from our supplier and typically arrive in about 9 days.

That is the supplier's own estimate and we quote it rather than a shorter number we'd like to be true. It is not the fastest delivery available anywhere, and we would rather you knew that before ordering than after.

We will update this figure once we have real delivery data from our own orders rather than a supplier estimate.

Where we ship

Canada and the United States. We do not currently ship elsewhere.

If something goes wrong

If your order is materially later than the estimate above, or arrives damaged, contact us through our contact page. Our Refund Policy covers what happens next — in short, we make it right and you do not ship anything back.
