1. Who we are

This store is operated from Sherbrooke, Quebec, Canada, and trades as Aya's Picks. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our full registered business name and address are being added to this page. If you need them before ordering, ask us through the contact page and we will provide them.

2. Using this site

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to copy, scrape or resell its content without our written permission.

3. Products, prices and availability

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Where a specification has not been confirmed with our supplier, we leave it out rather than guess — you will see this stated on product pages.

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless shown otherwise. Prices and availability can change without notice.

Colours vary between screens. We can't guarantee that what you see on your display exactly matches the item.

We may limit or refuse an order — for example where an item is mispriced, out of stock, cannot be delivered to your address, or where the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

4. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your offer when we dispatch the item, not when you receive an order confirmation email. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not by itself form a contract.

Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and PayPal. We do not see or store your full card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

Free shipping applies to orders over $45 within Canada and to the United States. Below that, calculated rates apply at checkout.

Orders ship from our supplier and typically arrive in about 9 days. That is the supplier's estimate, not a guarantee. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns

Our Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: we do not ask you to ship anything back.

7. Intellectual property

The text, layout and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. Product images supplied by manufacturers remain their property. Product names and brands belong to their respective owners; using them to describe an item does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

8. Third-party links

This site may link to sites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered, in the condition described, and for putting things right when we get that wrong.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control — including postal and carrier delays, customs inspection, extreme weather, strikes, or supplier failure — beyond refunding you where an order cannot be delivered.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right you have under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, the Civil Code of Québec, or other applicable consumer protection law. Statutory warranties apply regardless of what is written here. Where these terms and the law differ, the law applies.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle personal information. We are subject to PIPEDA and to Quebec's provincial privacy legislation.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. Disputes are subject to the courts of Quebec.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on this page at the time you placed it.
