A mat that sits under the bowls and absorbs what gets knocked out of them.
What it is
Microfibre over a sponge layer, with a grip backing. The microfibre soaks up splashed water instead of letting it run across the floor.
Two shapes:
Bone — 30 × 45 cm
Oval — 32 × 53 cm
Grey, beige, coffee oval, beige oval.
Who it's for
Any dog or cat that makes a mess at the bowl, and anyone feeding on a floor that doesn't enjoy standing water — wood especially.
Measure the gap before choosing a shape. The oval is 8 cm longer than the bone. In a narrow spot between a cupboard and a wall, that difference decides it.
Absorbent, not waterproof. It holds a spill until you wash it; it isn't a tray.
